Who we are
Founded in Sydney in 2020, Equicentia is a boutique diversified property development firm specialising in residential, commercial & mixed-use developments. Our focus is on acquiring sites in vibrant, well connected, growth areas to deliver projects that allow the community to live, work & play.
We look to form valuable relationships with our capital partners to deliver sustainable returns. Our investment mandate allows us to also invest equity into joint venture opportunities, as common or preferred equity.
Our ethos is centered around collaboration and partnerships with talented creatives who seek to leave a long lasting impact and drive change through real estate.
Above all, we value integrity and firmly believe that by doing right by our capital partners, clients, customers, vendors & consultants will see us stand the test of time.

Managing Director
Ashwin is the Managing Director of Equicentia. He is responsible for all acquisitions, capital raising & delivery of our projects.
Prior to founding Equicentia, Ashwin was working on acquisitions for Poly Developments & Holdings, China’s fifth largest developer. His role enabled him to complete over $1.5bn of transactions across residential and commercial development sites as well as debt capital markets.
Ashwin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of New South Wales. He is also a member of Engineers Australia.
Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing creatives and consultants who share the same passion in delivering change through real estate. Every project we’ve worked on, we’ve carried through the same consultants - a reflection of our philosophy of maintaining long lasting relationships
